I-9 Direct.com provides verification services to help business employers determine employment eligibility of new hires and the validity of their Social Security numbers. The information that I-9 Direct.com provides comes directly from proprietary software integration with federal government databases. 

Our Refund Policy:
In order to refund charges for a verification, we must have acceptable proof of having missed a record.  If I-9 Direct.com verification did not find a record for the search you ordered and you found a record for the same search by using other services, you must email or fax a copy of the verification result to I-9 Direct.com Customer Service. Once we review the missed record and find that it is valid your refund will be processed. No refund is acceptable after 7 days.
